Born in 1983, he lives and works in Bern. After earning his diploma in movement pedagogy in Basel, he went on to study physical theater at the Accademia Dimitri and the Bern University of the Arts. He won the Gemini D'Oro for best production and the Special Price Sofe Amendolea at the Roma Teatro Festival and the Marta Award for best male actor at the Brno Encounter Festival.
His work focuses on body movement and performative language, often marked by surreal, comedic elements.
