MCQUEEN FILMS ist eine preisgekrönte Filmproduktionsfirma in Zürich. Wir produzieren Werbespots, Kurzfilme und Dokumentationen für nationale und internationale Kund:innen. Mit einem kleinen, erfahrenen Team bringen wir kreative Ideen effizient und wirkungsvoll auf die Leinwand. Wir suchen eine:n motivierte:n Postproduktions-Praktikant:in, die/der Lust hat, die Abläufe in der Postproduktion von Grund auf kennenzulernen.
Du bist …
• Film affin und motiviert als Quereinsteiger in der Branche voll durchzustarten?
• ODER studierend / in Ausbildung und suchst ein Pflicht-Praktikum?
• ODER hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium / Ausbildung und bist bereit, das Gelernte anzuwenden?
• Wohnhaft in/um Zürich
Was wir erwarten:
• Begeisterung für Film und Postproduktion
• Technisches Verständnis von Schnittprogrammen Premiere & DaVinci
• Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten
• Sehr gute Organisation und Sorgfalt im Umgang mit Daten
• Freude an direkter, unkomplizierter Kommunikation
Deine Aufgaben:
• Unterstützung bei Organisation und Abläufen der Postproduktion
• Vorbereitung von Schnittprojekten und Material
• Kommunikation mit Cutter:innen, Coloristen und Tonstudios
• Sicherstellung, dass Deadlines und technische Anforderungen eingehalten werden
• Pflege von Datenbanken, Archivierung und Backups
• Recherche und allgemeine Support-Aufgaben im Postproduktionsprozess

• Mitarbeit an realen Projekten für bekannte Kund:innen
• Direkter Austausch mit erfahrenen Postproduktions-Profis

With a small and experienced team, we bring creative ideas to life efficiently and effectively.We are looking for a motivated Postproduction Intern who is eager to learn the ins and outs of postproduction from the ground up.
You are…
• Film-enthusiastic and motivated to kickstart your career in the industry as a newcomer?
OR currently studying and looking for a mandatory internship?
OR a recent graduate ready to put your knowledge into practice?
• Based in or around Zurich
What we expect:
• Passion for film and postproduction
• Technical understanding of editing software (Premiere & DaVinci)
• Proactivity, reliability, and independent working style
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling data
• Enjoyment of direct and straightforward communication
Your responsibilities:
• Assist with the organization and coordination of postproduction workflows
• Prepare editing projects and material
• Communicate with editors, colorists, and sound studios
• Ensure deadlines and technical requirements are met
• Manage databases, archiving, and backups
• Research and general support tasks within the postproduction process
What you can expect:
• Insight into professional postproduction workflows
• Hands-on involvement in real projects for well-known clients
• Direct collaboration with experienced postproduction professionals
• The opportunity to expand your technical skills and apply them in practicea
