Who We Are
Founded in 2009 in Switzerland, Silver Reel is a leading film and television production company and studio. The company develops, produces, and finances pioneering, high-quality content that entertains audiences worldwide.
Its acclaimed titles include Fallen (International Emmy® Win), Most Dangerous Game (2× Emmy® Nominations), The Wife (1 Golden Globe® Win; 1 Academy Award® Nomination), and Loving Vincent (Academy Award® Nomination).

Your Role
As a Creative Producer, you will work closely with our Showrunners, Head of Development, producers, writers, directors, and international partners across the development and post-production of scripted television projects.
At the heart of the role is supporting the creative process: helping writers’ rooms run smoothly, keeping track of creative discussions and decisions, and coordinating feedback and notes from writers, producers, directors, broadcasters, distributors, and production partners. You will help turn sometimes complex or competing feedback into clear, actionable notes, support discussions around those notes, and assist with implementing and tracking agreed changes.
You will be involved throughout the life of a project, from early development and writers’ rooms through production and post-production. This includes preparing for and taking notes in creative meetings, summarising and organising feedback, tracking revisions and open questions, and supporting edit reviews and post-production notes.
You will also assist with the creation of pitch decks, treatments, series materials, presentations, episode documents, and other creative development materials. Working closely with the Showrunners and Head of Development, you will help ensure that projects are clearly presented, creatively coherent, and moving forward.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, an excellent communicator and writer, and genuinely interested in how stories are developed and refined for television. You should be comfortable working with creative material, contributing to discussions, managing multiple priorities, and communicating with different stakeholders with clarity and diplomacy.
We are looking for a curious, smart, collaborative, and proactive creative who takes ownership, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to develop a career in scripted television and creative producing.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support Showrunners, Head of Development, and producers across the development, production, and post-production of scripted television projects
Assist in writers’ rooms by preparing materials, taking detailed notes, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-ups
Read scripts, treatments, outlines, scene by scenes, pitch materials, and other creative documents and help prepare feedback
Collect, organize, summarize, and synthesize notes from writers, producers, directors, broadcasters, distributors, and production partners
Identify key, recurring, or conflicting notes and help the team establish priorities and next steps
Participate in creative discussions and help translate agreed feedback into clear revisions and actions
Assist with implementing creative changes to scripts, treatments, episode documents, pitch materials, and other project materials
Track script changes, creative decisions, open questions, and development deadlines
Support creative meetings throughout development, production, and post-production, including edit reviews, screenings, and other post-production sessions
Support post-production processes and tasks, including coordinating edit notes, reviewing cuts and materials, tracking creative changes, and following up on agreed revisions through to completion
Coordinate and summarize edit notes and help track agreed changes through to completion
Assist with pitch decks, series bibles, treatments, presentations, character documents, episode summaries, scene by scenes, and other creative materials
Conduct research into writers, directors, talent, projects, formats, markets, broadcasters, distributors, and relevant industry developments
Help prepare materials and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external creative partners
Maintain clear communication and follow-up between writers, Showrunners, producers, directors, post-production teams, and external partners
Take ownership of individual creative and development tasks and ensure they are followed through to completion
Please note: Your responsibilities may evolve during your time with us. Management reserves the right to modify duties as needed.
