Length: 12 months (with prospect of a permanent position as Assistant Producer after one year)
Salary: CHF 1'500 per month

YOUR ROLE
As part of a small, agile team, you will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of tasks. This role offers broad exposure to the workings of a production company and a valuable learning experience in both film and television development and production.
Responsibilities include script coverage, research, creative development, project support, and general office tasks. You’ll work alongside experienced producers and creative executives and gain first-hand experience of the international content production landscape.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to start or further their career in scripted entertainment.
We are seeking a reliable, smart, high-energy outperformer who is eager to dive into the world of international filmed entertainment. The ideal candidate communicates with professionalism and respect, pays exceptional attention to detail, isn’t afraid to admit what they don’t know, proactively asks questions, and owns their mistakes—while making sure not to repeat them.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Support and learn to coordinate meetings, including scheduling across calendars, taking notes, tracking follow-ups, and prioritizing deadlines
Assist in the creation of pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials
Review incoming materials (scripts, books, decks) and contribute analysis and recommendations
Assist on active productions, supporting Directors/Producers where needed
Bring knowledge of film/TV, pop culture, and AI tools to the team
Maintain and update internal grids of directors, writers, and talent
Conduct research assignments across development and production areas
Provide general office support and occasional errand-running or hospitality tasks

Total discretion and respect for confidentiality
Humility, curiosity, diligence, collaboration, and ambition
Higher Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas are a must), Word, and PowerPoint
Must be eligible to work in Switzerland (no sponsorship available)
NICE TO HAVE
Fluency in languages other than English and German
Prior experience in the entertainment industry or as an executive assistant
A genuine love for reading
