Your Role

As part of a small, agile team, you will work across the corporate, administrative, and production operations of an international film and television company. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure to the business side of scripted entertainment, from funding applications and project submissions to legal documentation, budgets, spreadsheets, schedules, reporting, and day-to-day company operations.

You will work closely with producers and executives to help keep projects and the company running smoothly. The role requires someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets, able to manage multiple deadlines, and interested in learning how the business and operational side of film and television production works. A significant part of the role will involve supporting submissions to regional film funds, Creative Europe, and other funding bodies, including coordinating application materials, tracking requirements and deadlines, and assisting with budgets and supporting documentation.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to start or further their career in the international film and television industry, particularly on the production, business affairs, financing, and corporate side.

We are seeking a reliable, smart, high-energy outperformer who is eager to dive into the world of international filmed entertainment. The ideal candidate communicates with professionalism and respect, has exceptional attention to detail, is comfortable working with confidential information and documentation, isn’t afraid to admit what they don’t know, proactively asks questions, and owns their mistakes—while making sure not to repeat them.

 Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets, project trackers, budgets, schedules, submissions, and internal company grids
 Assist with legal and corporate paperwork, contracts, agreements, releases, and other confidential documentation
 Assist with script coverage and the organisation and coordination of script notes, ensuring feedback is clearly documented, tracked, and circulated as needed
 Support the post-production process, including coordinating materials, schedules, feedback, deliverables, and communication between relevant internal and external teams
 Coordinate meetings, including scheduling across calendars, preparing materials, taking notes, tracking follow-ups, and prioritizing deadlines
 Assist with reporting, invoices, expenses, and other financial and administrative tasks
 Assist in the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and other internal and external materials
 Conduct research across financing, development, production, talent, and industry opportunities
 Assist with communication and coordination with external partners, financiers, lawyers, and other industry contacts
 Provide general office support and occasional errand-running or hospitality tasks

Please note: Your responsibilities may evolve during your time with us. Management reserves the right to modify duties as needed.

 Ability to keep calm under pressure and contribute to a smooth day-to-day operation
 Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and ownership
 Professional, clear, and confident communication

 Ability to follow detailed processes while identifying missing information and potential issues
 Total discretion and respect for confidential legal, financial, and company information
 Humility, curiosity, diligence, collaboration, and ambition
 Must be eligible to work in Switzerland (no sponsorship available)
